Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use our websites, mobile applications, dashboards, APIs, and related services (together, the “Services”). It applies to all apps and products we publish on Google Play and elsewhere under the Sha4owX brand or on behalf of Sha4owX clients, including but not limited to SafeCircle Team Tracker, TrackAxiz Pro, and similar team-tracking, fleet, workforce, or location-enabled products we release now or in the future.
By installing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are
Sha4owX.AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. designs and operates software products for businesses and teams, including tracking, fleet/team visibility, communication, automation, and related productivity tools. Our principal place of business is Vadodara, India. Contact details are listed in Section 14.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers personal information processed through:
- Mobile apps published by Sha4owX on Google Play (including SafeCircle Team Tracker, TrackAxiz Pro, and successor or related apps);
- Websites and web dashboards operated by Sha4owX (including sha4owx.in and product subdomains/paths);
- Backend systems, notifications, support channels, and analytics tied to those products.
Where an organization (your employer, fleet operator, school, or client) configures an app for its team, that organization may act as an independent controller for workplace/account data it places in the product. We process such data as a service provider / processor according to our contract with that organization, and this policy describes our practices as the app publisher and technology provider.
3. Information we collect
Depending on the product and permissions you grant, we may collect:
3.1 Information you provide
- Account details such as name, email address, phone number, password or authentication tokens, company/team name, and role;
- Profile and business details (address, GST/tax identifiers where you choose to enter them, vehicle or asset labels, job notes);
- Support messages, feedback, and content you upload (photos, documents, chat messages, or attachments).
3.2 Information from your device
- Device identifiers, operating system, app version, language, time zone, IP address, and approximate network information;
- Crash logs, performance diagnostics, and usage events needed to keep the app stable and secure;
- Push notification tokens (for example, Firebase Cloud Messaging) if notifications are enabled.
3.3 Tracking, team, and operational data
- Location information (see Section 4);
- Team membership, assignment status, shift/check-in events, geofence events, and route or task history;
- Vehicle, asset, or device metadata you or your organization add (labels, IMEI/device IDs for GPS hardware where used, driver mappings);
- Communications within the product (in-app messages, alerts, call/chat metadata if a feature provides them).
3.4 Payment and billing information
- Subscription status, invoices, and payment confirmation data processed through our payment partners (for example, Razorpay or Google Play Billing). We do not store full card numbers on our servers when payments are handled by those processors.
3.5 Information from third parties
- Authentication providers (Google Sign-In or similar) if you choose to sign in with them;
- Maps, messaging, analytics, or hosting providers that return delivery or diagnostic status needed to operate the Service.
4. Location data
Several of our apps—including SafeCircle Team Tracker and TrackAxiz Pro—are designed to help teams and fleets track people, vehicles, or assets. Location is therefore a core feature of those products, not an optional analytics side-effect.
4.1 What we may collect
- Precise or approximate GPS coordinates, speed, heading, altitude, and accuracy;
- Timestamps, battery state (if used to optimize tracking), and motion/activity signals;
- Background location updates, if you (or your organization) enable continuous tracking for work/fleet purposes and grant the required OS permission;
- Geofence entries/exits and related alerts.
4.2 Why we collect location
- To show live or historical positions on maps and dashboards;
- To enable team safety, attendance, dispatch, and fleet operations;
- To generate routes, reports, and exception alerts requested by the account administrator;
- To improve reliability of location features and investigate location-related failures.
4.3 Minimization and control
- We request only the location permissions needed for the features you use;
- You can revoke location permission in your device settings at any time (some tracking features will stop working);
- Organization administrators can configure tracking rules (for example, while on duty only), subject to applicable employment and privacy laws;
- We do not sell location data.
Important: If you are tracked as part of a work, school, or organization account, your administrator may access location and activity shared within that account. Speak with your organization about workplace monitoring policies in addition to this Privacy Policy.
5. How we use information
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services;
- Create and manage user accounts, teams, roles, and permissions;
- Deliver tracking, messaging, alerts, reports, invoicing, and other product features;
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce terms;
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
- Send transactional messages (login codes, receipts, security alerts, service notices);
- Send product or marketing messages only where permitted by law and, where required, with your consent (you may opt out);
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests;
- Create aggregated or de-identified insights that do not reasonably identify you.
6. Legal bases
Where applicable privacy laws require a legal basis, we process personal data based on:
- Performance of a contract (providing the app/features you request);
- Legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fraud prevention, support), balanced against your rights;
- Consent (for example, certain device permissions, marketing, or optional data sharing);
- Legal obligation (tax, accounting, regulatory, or lawful government requests).
8. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Retention periods vary by data type and product configuration. Organization administrators may set shorter or longer retention for operational records where the product allows. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless we must keep it longer by law.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, authentication, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for configuring your organization account responsibly.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law (including India’s DPDP Act and other regional laws), you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, update, or delete certain personal information;
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Request a copy of data you provided (portability), where applicable;
- Opt out of non-essential marketing communications;
- Manage app permissions (location, camera, contacts, notifications, etc.) in device settings.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14. If you use a workplace/organization account, we may redirect your request to your organization administrator when they control the relevant data.
11. Children’s privacy
Our Services are directed to businesses, teams, and adults. They are not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. International transfers
We are based in India and may process and store information on servers or with vendors in India or other countries. Where information is transferred across borders, we take steps designed to ensure an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable law.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, where required, provide additional notice in the app or by email. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy, except where applicable law requires a different process (such as fresh consent).
